Job Title: Project Site Auditor - Asplundh Construction
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Project Site Auditor to join our team. This role primarily involves traveling to job sites, taking photos, and completing post-job documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive to various job sites using a company-provided vehicle
- Take clear and comprehensive photos for documentation purposes
- Complete post-job reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Follow company protocols and safety standards
- Other projects as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology for photo-taking and report submission
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pre-Screen:
- Upon offer, employees may be required to subject and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
- A valid driver's license is required.
- 2 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license
Traveling requirements:
- This role requires up to 80% travel within the designated operational area, including occasional overnight stays.
Physical Requirements:
- RARE (less than 10%): Stooping, Kneeling, Squatting, Body Twisting, Crawling, Climbing Poles, Gripping, Climbing Ladders, and Balancing. Lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs.
- OCCASIONAL (up to 33%): Sense of Touch, Manual Dexterity, Seeing Distant, Reaching, Range of Motion, Depth Perception, Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling, Climbing Stairs, Lifting up to 10 lbs.,
- FREQUENT (up to 66%): Walking, Seeing, Climbing On/Off a Truck, Standing, Sitting, Color Vision.
- CONTINUOUS (up to 100%): Speaking Clearly, Reading, and Hearing - Speech Range.
Safety:
Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must have sufficient eyesight to judge distance/coordination of equipment and tools, be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods, be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments, be able to wear personal protective equipment as necessary, be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times a day, have the endurance necessary to traverse various terrain, be capable of performing job duties throughout a standard 8- or 10-hour day, be able to communicate with others, read, write, and comprehend written/verbal job instructions and information, and communicate and handle conflict professionally.
